At the highest concentration tested (10 mg
fenuron /L), no inhibition of the growth of Colpidium campylum was
observed when compared to the solvent control.
Even if Colpidium campylum is not a standard
test organisms, the result is considered to be relevant for the risk
assessment of fenuron since the test was performed as reproduction test.
According to Granner and Foissner (1989)
this species was also found in sewage treatment plants and is hence
