Classification, Labeling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008
The available experimental test data of the substance are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. The test item was determined be not readily biodegradable. In the aquatic tests conducted, the determined EC50 for Daphnia magna was 1.3 mg/L (nominal) and for Raphidocelis subcapitata 1.80 mg/L (nominal) (growth rate). The EC10 (growth rate) for Raphidocelis subcapitata was determined to be 0.57 mg/L (nominal). Based on these results, the substance is to be classified as aquatic chronic tox. cat. 2 according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP).
