Conclusions:
The surface tension of a solution of Panthenyltriacetate in ultrapure water was determined according to the OECD Guideline No. 115, using the ring method.
The result is: 64.0 mN/m
Therefore, according to this test, it was considered that the test material is not surface active (surface tension > 60 mN/m).
Executive summary:

The results in Table 1 show that there is no significant change of the measured surface tension. Thus it can be concluded that equilibrium is reached. Thus the results obtained were averaged, to give the surface tension of the solution.

 

 

The result is:           64.0 mN/m

 

Therefore, according to this test, it was considered that the test material is not surface active (surface tension > 60 mN/m).
