Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation: fresh air.
After skin contact: wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing.
After eye contact: rinse out with plenty of water with the eyelid held wide open. Call in ophthalmologist.
After swallowing: immediately make victim drink plenty of water (two glassess at most); Consult a physician
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media:
Foam, Dry powder, Carbon dioxide.
Combustible material, Vapours are heavier than air and may spread along floors.
Forms explosive mixtures with air at elevated temperatures
Development of hazardous combustion gases or vapours possible in the event of fire
Accidental release measures
Advice for non-emergency personnel:
Avoid substance contact. Do not breath vapours, aerosols. Ensure adequate ventilaton. Keep away open flames, hof surfaces and sources of ignition. Evacuate the danger area, observe emergency procedres, consult an expert.
Do not empty into drains. Cover drains. Collect, bin, and pump off spills.
Handling and storage
Keep away open flames, hof surfaces and sources of ignition. Take precautinary measures against static discharge.
Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Storage: Tightly closed at +15°C to +25°C.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protective equipment: Protective clothing should be selected specifically for the working place, depending on concentration and quantity of the hazardous substances handled. The chemical resistance of the protective clothing to chemicals should be ascertained with the respective supplier.
Hydiene measures: Immediately change contaminated clothing. Apply preventive skin protection. Wash hands and face after working with substance.
Eye protection: Safety glassess
full contact:
Glove material: nitrile rubber
Layer thickness: 0.11 mm
Breakthrough time: 480 Min.
Hand protection:
In splash contact:
Glove material: nitrile rubber
Layer thickness: 0.11 mm
Breakthrough time: 480 Min.
Respiratory protection: required when dusts are generated. Recommanded Filtertype: Filter A (acc. to DIN 3181) forvapours of organic compounds.
Other protective equipment: Suitable protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Vapour/air-mixtures are explosive at intense warming.
Possibility of hazardous reactions:
Violent reaction possible with:
Oxidizing agents, acids
Conditions to avoid: Heating. A range form approx. 15 Kelvin below the flash point is to be rated as critical. Exposure to moisture.
Disposal considerations
Chemicals must be disposed of in compliance with the respective national regulations.
