Administrative data

Endpoint:
one-generation reproductive toxicity
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because a pre-natal developmental toxicity study is available
Justification for type of information:
Reprotoxic toxicity was determined through the more extensive developmental toxicity study that had been commissioned for the structural anlogue of DIXD - AS100. As this compound is structurally very similar to DIXD - it just has a longer sulphide chain then its biochemical and biological activity will be identical to DIXD.
