The test mixtures did not ignite. The burning rate of the mixtures of test item and cellulose could not be determined and therefore was lower than the maximum burning rate of the reference mixture of cellulose and barium nitrate (1.75 mm/s).

Due to the fact that the mixture of the test item with cellulose burned slower compared to the reference mixture it was concluded that the test item had no oxidizing properties.

The test item had no oxidizing properties in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.17.

Description of key information
