Additional information

The effect of EP-4000S on the growth of the unicellular green alga Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was assessed over a 72 hour period (Huntingdon Life Sciences, 2013, Study number CVJ0129). The study was conducted according to EC test guideline C3 and OECD guideline 201. The study was conducted in compliane with GLP.

Based on mean measured concentrations, the 72-hour EC50 for growth rate and yield was >1.11 mg/L and 0.18 mg/L, respectively. The ‘no-observed effect concentration’ for growth rate and yield was 0.0509 mg/L and the lowest observed effect concentration was 0.175 mg/L.
