Conclusion on classification

Under the conditions of an OECD Guideline 201 study, the 72 h ErC50 for algae, the most sensitive species tested, was within the range of >1 to ≤10 mg/L. The substance is readily biodegradable and the log Kow is above 4, therefore classification as Aquatic Chronic 2 - H411 (Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects) is proposed according to EU CLP (EC 1272/2008) criteria.
