Justification for classification or non-classification
The substance tall oil, maleated is liquid at room temperature, non-reactive with water and non-pyrophoric; furthermore, the flash point is >205 °C. Thus, the substance is not considered flammable, pyrophoric or reactive with water releasing flammable gases according to CLP (Regulation EC No 1272/2008).
