Description of key information

Tseng et al. reported that photolysis of 4-methylpyridine (maximum 10%) occurs after absorption of light of 118 nm wavelength, resulting in a loss of the methyl group or loss of a methyl hydrogen; the study also reported a dissociation rate of 1.4 x 10^6/s.
