Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
It was not possible to measure a burning rate for the mixtures of the test item (mixtures extinguished prematurely). Therefroe the effect was significantly less vigorous than the max. burning rate of the reference mixture of cellulose and barium nitrate. Due to the fact that the mixture of the test item with cellulose burned slower than the reference mixture it was concluded that the test item had no oxidizing properties.
