Results and discussion

Relative self-ignition temperature (solids)
Key result
Remarks on result:
other: no self-ignition observed below 400°C

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test substance does not self-ignite below 400°C
Executive summary:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relative self-ignition temperature of the test substance according to the guideline EC Method A.16. There was no exothermic reaction of the test substance, indicating that it does not self-ignite below 400°C. There was a slight endothermic reaction between approximately 160 and 180°C which was consistent with the test substance melting.
