The solubility in octanol was carried out according to OECD 105, flask method.

Due to the fact that the test item is a mixture of different components and of the differences in the sobulity of the test item in water is not feasible. The test item shows different water soluble amounts, depending on the elements analyzed and methods applied. This and the differences between the sample sizes 0.1 g/L and 1.0 g/L verify that the test item does not show a water solubility as a whole but contains different fractions with different water solubilities. Because of that it was not possible to estimate a general valid log Pow value. The log Pow values also depend on the method applied and the sample size.
