Conclusion on classification

Classification according CLP

Short-term C&L:

The registration substance does not need to be classified with regard to acute environmental effects based on the following reasoning: the lowest acute aquatic effect is > 1 mg/L (see IUCLID Chapter 6.1).

Long-term C&L:

The registration substance does not need to be classified with regard to chronic environmental effects based on the following reasoning: The NOEC(72h) and EC10(72) derived from the algae study is >1mg/L.No additional long-term studies are available. The lowest acute aquatic effect is > 1 mg/L (see IUCLID Chapter 6.1), the substance is readily biodegradable (see IUCLID Chapter 5.2.1) and the measured log pow is <4 (see IUCLID Chapter 4.7).
