Description of key information

The effects of the test item to the embryo and sac-fry stages of fish (Zebrafish / Danio rerio) were determined according to OECD Guideline 212 in year 2012.The test item caused significant effects on the short-term toxicity with embryo and sac-fry stages of zebrafish under semi-static conditions at the dosage levels of 0.250 to 1.00 mg/L (nominal test item concentration). Based on the parameters hatch, post hatch and overall survival (mortality), growth (expressed as length and dry weight), the overall NOEC (post hatch day 0 – 5) was 0.125 mg/L (nominal test item concentration). The overall LOEC was 0.250 mg/L (nominal test item concentration).
