JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In a statement in study report 516975 it was concluded that the substance has no oxidizing properties.

In accordance with the screening procedure as described in UN Manual of Tests and Criteria: Appendix 6 "Screening procedures for substances which may have oxidizing properties", the classification procedure for oxidizing substances in Division 5.1 does not need to be applied.
