Additional information

The biodegradability of the substance was tested in a readily biodegradability study according to OECD 301B (CO2 -Evolution) (BASF 2015). The degree of biodegration after 28 days 90 -100% Co2/ThCO2 in this test.

In another test the biodegradability of the substance was screened in a inherent biodegradability study according to OECD 302B (Modified Zahn-Wellens test) (BASF 1990). In this study, the substance was inoculated with a suspension of a municipal/laboratory-scale wastewater treatment plant (no specifics on adaptation) for 14 days. The substance degraded >95% within 5 days.
