Justification for classification or non-classification

The test results performed on similar substance showed the following results:

negative for strains TA1535 and TA98

slightly mutagenic for strain TA100

mutagenic for strain TA1537 and Escherichia Coli

the test item was non-mutagenic for V79 cells with and without metabolic activation.

Based on the evaluation reported in the attachment of the endpoint, the substance should be considered as not mutagen.
