DPREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A stock solution of the test item of the highest test concentration (nominal 100 mg/l) was prepared using 100 mg/l Tween 80 as a solvent and intense stirring for 60 min at room temperature (20 °C). Then, adequate volumes of this stock solution were diluted with culture medium to obtain the desired test concentrations.

After preparation the medium was aerated for approximately 24 h until saturation.
