Acute toxicity to fish

The acute toxicity to fish was assessed according to OECD guideline 203 and EU-method C.1. In this 96-hour semi static test with Zebrafish, the LC50 value was determined to be 39.6 mg/L (measured concentration, geometric mean). The no-observed-effect-concentration (NOEC) was 19.2 mg/L.

Acute toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

The acute toxicity to invertebrates was assessed according to OECD guideline 202 and EU-method C.2. In this 48-hour acute toxicity test with daphnia magna, the EC50 value was 4.31 mg/L (measured concentration, geometric mean).

The no-observed-effect concentration (NOEC) was 2.67 mg/L (nominal concentration).

Acute toxicity to algae:

An acute test following EU method C.3 and in accordance to OECD Guideline 201 with Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata revealed a 72-h EC50 (growth rate) of 3.2 mg/L and a 72 -h EC10 (growth rate) of 1.8 mg/L. The 72-h NOEC (growth rate) was 0.993 mg/L. The data based on the measured geometric mean concentrations of the active ingredient. Based on the mixture (52% active ingredient in isodocenane), the EC50, EC10 and NOEC are calculated to be 6.4 mg/L, 3.6 mg/L and 1.986 mg/L, respectively.
