Conclusions:
The mean relative density of the test item was 1.716 ± 0.001 at 21.4 °C.
Executive summary:

In a study (2015), the relative density of trifluoromethanesulphonic anhydride was determined according to the OECD 109 and method EC A3 guidelines, under GLP conditions.

The pycnometer method was used: pycnometers of various shapes and with known volumes can be employed. The density was calculated from the difference in weight between the full and the empty pycnometer using its known volume.

The mean relative density of the test item was 1.716 ± 0.001 at 21.4 °C.

Description of key information

One reliable key study scored as reliability 1 is available for this endpoint. The relative density of trifluoromethanesulphonic anhydride was determined according to the OECD 109 method under GLP conditions. The pycnometer method was used and the mean relative density of two run was 1.716 ± 0.001 at 21.4 °C.
