Conclusion on classification

The test item's 96h-LC50 in Oncorhynchus mykiss was > 0.02mg/L in fish weighing 1.4g and = 0.05 mg/L (range 0.038 - 0.066) in smaller fish weighing 0.8g.

The NOEC value was not indicated, but based on the mortality dose-response it may be assumed to range 0.01-0.038 mg/L.

In absence of other ecotoxicity data, and since the substance is not biodegradable, these results lead to classification as:

- Aquatic acute 1, M-factor acute = 10 based on CLP Regulation Tables 4.1.0 (a) and 4.1.3;

- Aquatic chronic 1, M-factor chronic = 1 based on CLP Regulation Tables 4.1.0 (b, iii) and 4.1.3 (column NRD).
