The substance has been shown to possess a 96-hour LC50 in freshwater fish from 3.6 mg/L to 16.0 mg/L, a 48-hour EC50 in Daphnia magna of greater than 15 mg/L, and a 72-hour EC50 in algae of 0.0032 mg/L. The 7-day EC50 in algae was determined to be 0.00367 mg/L.

 

Based on reduced fish larval growth, the substance has been shown to posses a NOEC of 0.7 mg active ingredient/L. The 21-day EC50 in Daphnia magna was determined to be > 1.4 mg/L with a corresponding 21-day NOEC of 0.32 mg/L.

 

The substance has been shown to possess a 3-hour EC50 in activated sludge of greater than 1000 mg/L in a respiration inhibition test.
