Adequacy of study:
key study
Study period:
12 Jun 2015 - 16 Jun 2015
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
other: Study conducted to OECD and EC guidelines and in compliance with GLP

no
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
EU Method A.4 (Vapour Pressure)
Deviations:
no
Principles of method if other than guideline:
The vapour pressure of a substance is defined as the saturation pressure above a solid or liquid substance. At the thermodynamic equilibrium, the vapour pressure of a pure substance is a function of temperature only. The SI unit of pressure is the Pascal (Pa).
GLP compliance:
yes (incl. QA statement)
Type of method:
effusion method: vapour pressure balance
