First-aid measures

After inhalation :

Supply fresh air. If required, provide artificial respiration. Consult doctor if symptoms persist.

After skin contact :

Remove contaminated clothes, wash affected area with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. If skin irritation continues, consult a doctor.

After eye contact :

Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. Then consult a doctor.

After swallowing :

Do not induce vomiting; call for medical help immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing agents: CO2, powder or foam

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture : formation of toxic gases is possible during heating or in case of fire : CO, NOx.

Advice for firefighters :

Protective equipment : wear self-contained respiratory protective device. Wear fully protective suit.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures : use personal protection equipment.

Environmental precautions : Keep contaminated washing water and dispose of appropriately. Do not allow to penetrate the ground/soil.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up : send for recovery or disposal in suitable receptacles.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling : ensure good ventilation/exhaustion at the workplace.

Storage conditions : store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed. Product is sensitive to light and moisture. Store under inert gas.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Ensure good ventilation/exhaustion at the workplace.

In case of brief exposure or low pollution use respiratory filter device. In case of intensive or longer exposure use selfcontained respiratory protective device.

Wear neoprene or nitrile protective gloves. The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies

from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Wear safety goggles. Check that an emergency eyewash facility is available near the handling zone.

Wear protective work clothing : safety shoes, apron. Check that a security shower is available near the handling zone.

Stability and reactivity

Conditions to avoid : moisture, light.

Incompatibilities with other materials : oxidizing agents.

Hazardous decomposition products : CO, NOX.

Disposal considerations

Do not allow to penetrate the ground/soil.

Do not allow product to reach sewage system or any water course.

Must be specially treated adhering to official regulations.
