A GLP study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, Annex A.14. The BASF GLP study no. SIK 12/0413 determined that the test substance is not considered to exhibit a danger of explosion in the sense of the directive.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Dangerous Substance Directive (67/548/EEC)

Based on the molecular structure of the substance and taking into account the provisions laid down in Directive 67/548/EEC (DSD), as amended for the 31st time in Directive 2009/2/EG, the test item does not have to be classified with respect to explosive properties.

Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

Based on the chemical structure and taking into account the provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended for the sixth time in Regulation (EC) No 605/2014, the substance is not considered to be classified for explosive properties.
