- According to OECD 121 test method, the adsorption coefficients (KOC) of Everlan SL65 on sewage sludge and on soil were 93.54 and 205.13, respectively.
- Executive summary:
This test using the procedures outlined in the SuperLab Study Plan for M62-151100110001EN which is based on the SOP for the OECD 121 (SOPE-507) and OECD 121 (OECD, 2001). The results of this OECD 121 test for Everlan SL65show that all validity criteria were met. The adsorption coefficients (KOC) of Everlan SL65 on sewage sludge and on soil were 93.54 and 205.13, respectively.

Description of key information
Respectively, the Log adsorption coefficients (Log KOC) of Everlan SL65 on sewage sludge and on soil were 1.97 and 2.31 (OECD TG 121). The test is not done in the water. The estimated Log Koc water is 2.0.

Additional information
All of the articles were ran in duplicate and the difference of log KOC of test article between duplicate were < 0.25. In order to confirm retention times of test article had not drifted on HPLC analysis, formamide as the control article was analyze before and after the test artic. All test validity criteria were met. The adsorption coefficients (KOC) of Everlan SL65 on sewage sludge and on soil were 93.54 and 205.13, respectively.
