Additional information

According to Annex VII of the REACH Regulation 1907/2006, Column 2, the study does not need to be conducted if the melting point is above 300°C. If the melting point is between 200°C and 300°C, a limit value based on measurement or a recognised calculation method is sufficient. Based on the differential ScanningCalorimetry, the decomposition of the substance starts at 200 °C. The lowest value accepted by EUSES has been reported for a complete Risk assessment (0.0000001 Pa).

The determination of the vapour pressure was based on the following EU guidelinea A.4 "Vapour pressure" and OECD Guideline No.104: "Vapour pressure curve".

Using the Static Technique, the vapour pressure at 20 °C was determined to be 0.13 ± 0.01 Pa = (9.8 x 0.8) x 10-4 mmHg.
