The test was conducted in replicates and Mean decomposition point was determine to be 320.25°C at 965.3 hPa.
Partition coefficient:
The Partition coefficient (Pow) of the chemical Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl) amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS No. 79771 -28 -1) was determined to be -2.36 at 25°C. Thus, on the basis of this value, chemical Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt can be considered to be hydrophillic in nature.

The water solubility determination of test item Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 - triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3-carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS No. 79771-28-1) was done as per the OECD guideline 105 by spectrophotometric analytical method as per OECD 101. The solubility of (Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13-dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 - triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-,dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt of CAS No: 79771 -28 -1 )in water was determine to be 257.316 gm/L at 25°C.
Thus the chemical is considered to be very soluble in water.
Surface tension:
In accordance with column 2 of Annex VII of the REACH regulation, the study need only be conducted if surface activity is a desired property of the chemical. Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13-dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS no. 79771 -28 -1) is used as a dye. For this use, surface activity is not an important property. Hence this study was considered for waiver.
Flash point:
The flash point determination of Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 - triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazine-4,2 - diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS No. 79771-28-1)was done following closed cup method using Pensky-Martens flash point apparatus. Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS no. 79771 -28 -1) did not catch fire on being exposed to air at room temperature of 27°Cpressure of 966 hPa. This indicates that Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS no. 79771 -28 -1) is not auto-flammable.

Thus it can be concluded that Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS no. 79771 -28 -1) is not flammable at high temperature. However since such high temperatures are not found under normal circumstances of transportation and use, thus Pyridinium, 1,1'-[(6,13 -dichloro-4,11 -disulfo-3,10 -triphenodioxazinediyl)bis[imino-2,1 -ethanediylimino[6 -[(2,5 -disulfophenyl)amino]-1,3,5 -triazine-4,2 -diyl]]]bis[3 -carboxy-, dihydroxide, bis(inner salt), hexasodium salt (CAS no. 79771 -28 -1) was considered non-flammable.
