The sample was degassed for approximately 15 hours prior to testing. The vacuum obtained at the start of testing was 0.0010 mbar.

For an ideal sample, the plot of LnP vs 1/T should produce a straight line graph.

Deviations / variations can be observed if a sample undergoes a phase change as the temperature increases. A phase change usually results in a curved response of the of LnP vs 1/T plot, similar to that observed with the Ln P vs 1/T plot obtained for the test item. However, the test item remained as a liquid throughout the test period and no signs of a phase change were observed.

It is not known if the sample is stable under the test conditions used or if it could possibly undergo an inter- or intra- chemical reaction. Consequently the only valid data point that can be reported is the value obtained at ambient temperature prior to heating.

Conclusions:
The static method was applied for the determination of the vapour pressure of the test item.
The vapour pressure of the test item was determined to be 4.97 Pa at 20°C.
