Key result
Water solubility:
3.25 other: µg/mL
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Incubation duration:
3 d
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
6.5
Details on results:
The results showed that the saturation of the test item in the water was achieved by day three. The mean value of water solubility was determined based on the samples from Day 1, 2 and 3. The variation between the two successive samples was lower than the maximum allowed difference of 15% as based on the guidelines.
Conclusions:
Water solubility: 3.25 ± 0.17 μg/mL or 0.325 x 10e-2 g/L at 20°C
Executive summary:

The study was conducted to determine the water solubility of the test substance. The water solubility was determined according to regulatory guidelines: OPPTS 830.7840 (US-EPA), OECD Guideline No. 105 and EEC Method A.6.

The mean water solubility of the test substance in Milli-Q water determined by shake flask method was 3.25 ± 0.17 μg/mL or 0.325 x 10e-2 g/L at 20°C.
