Executive summary:

The study was conducted to determine the partition coefficient of the test substance. The partition coefficient was determined according to regulatory guidelines: OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals: Partition Coefficient (n-Octanol/Water): Shake Flask Method, Test Guideline 107 and EEC A.8.

The mean partition coefficient, (log Pow) of the test substance was 3.69 ± 0.01, 3.69 ± 0.00 and 3.68 ± 0.01 for octanol-water ratios of 1:1, 1:2 and 2:1, respectively, at 20 ± 1°C.

The overall mean partition coefficient (log Pow) of the test substance was 3.68 ± 0.01 at 20 ± 1°C.
