Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

600 µg/cm2: skin absorption

After 6 hours contact with pig skin approximately 2/3 of the test material applied was recovered with 358.72 ug/cm2 found on the skin surface, 24.92 ug/cm2 found in the horny layer of the skin, 16.32 ug/cm2 found in the remaining skin tissue layers, and 0.16 ug/cm2 found in the chamber liquid.

The unrecovered test material was presumably lost by evaporation from the skin surface.
