The water solubility was determined to be 2 mg/L (at 20 °C).
Executive summary:

The water solubility of Chloranil (2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone) was determined applying the flask method in accordance with OECD Guideline 105. The study was not performed in compliance with GLP. Reliability grade 1 was assigned. The content of the dissolved test substance was determined by UV/VIS spectroscopy at 288 nm after filtration. The water solubility at 20 °C was 2 mg/L.
