Description of key information
Adsorption/desorption:
The Soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e. Koc value of test chemical Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate (CAS No. 63022-06-0) was estimated using EPI suite KOCWIN Program (v2.00) as 16080000 L/kg (log Koc= 7.2062) by means of MCI method at 25 deg. C. This log Koc value indicates that test chemical Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate has very strong sorption to soil and therefore have negligible migration potential to ground water.

Adsorption/desorption:
Results of two different predicted data for the target compound of Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate (CAS No. 63022-06-0) were reviewed for the Adsorption end points which are summarized as below.
Another supporting study was done by using Chemspider-ACD/Phy chem suite of Royal Society of Chemistry, 2017 the soil adsorption co-efficient i.e., Koc value of test substance Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate (CAS no. 63022-06-0) was estimated to be 1148.83 dimensionless (log Koc= 3.060) at pH 5.5 and 5626.57 dimensionless (log koc= 3.7502) at 7.4 and temperature 25 deg.C Based on log koc value at pH 7.4 indicates that the chemical Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate has strong sorption to soil and sediments therefore negligible to slow migration potential to ground water.
On the basis of above results for target chemical Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate (CAS No. 63022-06-0) from EPI suite and Chemspider, 2017) it can be concluded that the log Koc value of test substance Xanthylium, 9-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-3,6-bis(ethylamino)-2,7-dimethyl-, molybdatesilicate ranges from 3.7502 to 7.2062 indicating that the chemical has very strong sorption to soil and sediment and therefore have negligible to slow migration potential to ground water.
