Executive summary:

In the non-GLP Klimisch 1 study from Bütfering (2014), the flammability of the test item was determined according to EU method A.10.

The test item was formed into a powder train. A hot flame from a gas burner with a diameter of about 6 mm was used to ignite the pile at one end. In the preliminary screening the substance ignites by a hot flame from a gas burner. The flame propagates along the test train within 6 minutes. Therefore the full test program is omitted.

According to the definition in the Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008EEC the test item is not considered as flammable.
