A white precipitate was observed after addition of water.

Conclusions:
The solubility in water of the test item was determined to be lower than 1 g/L at 24.5 °C ± 0.5 °C.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of tribenzyl phosphite acid has been determined according to EC A.6 method and OECD test guideline 105 in compliance with GLP. A visual interpretation demonstrated that the water solubility of test substance at 25°C was < 1 g/L.
