Individual Results

Calculation of water solubility:

The average concentration was calculated from six measured concentrations of the test item in the test solutions and was regarded as the water solubility. The water solubility was described to three significant figures.  The maximum difference [maximum difference (%) = (maximum concentration - minimum concentration) / (maximum concentration) x 100] in all measured values was also calculated.

Final Result - water solubility

Average water solubility: 213 mg/L (20 °C). It was considered that water solubility reached equilibrium concentration because the maximum difference among 6 measured values was less than 15%. Final pH value of test solution was 11.9 - 12.2.

Description of key information

Water solubility is 213 mg/L at 20 °C (OECD 105, flask method). Final pH value of test solution was 11.9 - 12.2.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
213 mg/L
