As key study regarding acute toxicity to aquatic invertebrates a non-GLP test according to EU method C.2 using Daphnia magna a test organism was identified. After 48 hours a EC50 of 55.59 mg/l was estimated for non-neutralized samples and related to the nominal concentration (BASF 1990).
