Conclusions:
The freezing point of the test item is below -18 °C.
Executive summary:

An equivalent study to OECD 102 was conducted to determine the freezing point of the test item. Three samples of the test item were stored for 120 hours in a freezer at -18 °C. The physical state of the test item was checked after 24, 48 and 120 hours storage. The test item remained liquid after each examination. Therefore, the freezing point of the test item is below -18 °C.

Description of key information

Not applicable.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the study does not need to be conducted as the melting point of the substance is < -20 °C. In a supporting test was determined that the test item remained liquid after 120 -hour storage at -18 °C.
