Under the conditions of this study, the density of the test material has been determined to be 898 kg/m3 at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C. The corresponding relative density has been calculated to be 0.898.
Executive summary:

The relative density of the test material was investigated in accordance with the standardised guidelines OECD 109 and EU Method A.3., under GLP conditions.

Separate aliquots of purified water and test material were equilibrated at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C. The test material was sampled under nitrogen and remained under nitrogen throughout the test. The pycnometer was cleaned and dried to constant weight, then filled with equilibrated purified water and re-weighed. The pycnometer was emptied and dried, then filled with the equilibrated test material and reweighed.

Two determinations were performed to ensure a reproducibility of less than ± 20 kg/m^3 was obtained.
