Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

BCFBAF model (v3.01) of Estimation Programs Interface (EPI Suite, 2017) was used to predict the bioconcentration factor (BCF) of the chemical Disodium 2-[[5-carbamoyl-1-ethyl-1,6-dihydro-2-hydroxy-4-methyl -6-oxo-3-pyridyl]azo]- 4-[[4-chloro-6-[[3-[[2- (sulphona tooxy)ethyl]sulphonyl]phenyl]amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]amino]benzenesulphonate. The bioconcentration factor (BCF) of chemical was estimated to be 3.162 L/kg whole body w.w (at 25 deg C) which does not exceed the bioconcentration threshold of 2000, indicating that the chemical is not expected to bioaccumulate in the food chain.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

BCF (aquatic species):
