Endpoint:
short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because a long-term aquatic toxicity study on invertebrates is available
Justification for type of information:
JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
According to Annex VII column 2 of REACH regulation n°1907/2006, a short-term toxicity study on aquatic invertebrates is not required as valid long-term toxicity study on aquatic invertebrates are available (Kreatis, 2022; Kuehn, 1989).

Description of key information

According to Annex VII column 2 of REACH regulation n°1907/2006, a short-term toxicity study on aquatic invertebrates is not required as valid long-term toxicity studies on aquatic invertebrates are available (Kreatis, 2022; Kuehn, 1989).

Additional information

To fulfill the endpoint of short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates, no acute studies were considered to be reliable for the current registration dossier. This endpoint has been waived based on the available chronic toxicity study to aquatic invertebrates.
