Results and discussion

Details on results:
Clinical signs which increased in severity with dose were
seen. Signs included agitation, abnormal breathing patterns,
limb rigidity, violent struggling, and partial loss of
consciousness. The severity of the clinical response
prevented exposure above the 15.48%.
One dog only was succesfully administrated a second
adrenaline dose during exposure to 15.48% v/v. There was no
evidence of cardiac sensitisation at this level.
