Remarks:
95% confidence limits: 1.69–2.03
Details on results:
Two determinations of the log Pow value of the test substance were conducted: first by injecting each reference and test item separately, secondly by injecting all the reference and test items together.
The retention time of the test substance was 5.56 min in the single injection run and 5.57 in the mixed injection run.
The log POW value for the test substance at a pH of 5.0 was determined to be 1.86 (95% confidence limits: 1.69-2.03) in the single injection run and 1.87 (95% confidence limits: 1.69-2.03) in the mixed injection run.
Conclusions:
LogPow = 1.87
Executive summary:

Method

The log Pow of the test substance was determined according to the OECD guideline 117. This determination is based upon a regression analysis of the log Pow values of reference items against their respective retention times as determined by HPLC analysis. The log Pow was determined at the environmentally relevant pH of 5.0.

Results

The log Pow value of the test substance, calculated as the mean of two determinations, is 1.87 (95% confidence limits: 1.69–2.03) at a pH of 5.0.

Description of key information
