Executive summary:

A study for predicting a skin irritation potential of the test item by using reconstructed human epidermis (test method epiCS®) was performed according to OECD TG 439. After an exposure period of 20 minutes, followed by a 42 hours post-treatment incubation period, the mean value of cell viability was measured to be 93% in the MTT (Methylthiazoletetrazolium) conversion assay. Thus, the test item is considered to have no skin irritation category as defined in the UN GHS.
