Results for the samples taken at a flow rate of 12 and 24 mL/h
A mean value of 0.326 mg/L was obtained from 6 samples at a flow rate of 24 mL/hour and a pH of 6.44.
A mean value of 0.28 mg/L was obtained from 5 samples at a flow rate of 12 mL/hour and a pH of 613.
A mean value of 0.303 mg/L was obtained from 11 samples at a flow rate of 24 mL/hour and 12 mL/hour.

The coefficient of variation was < 30 % at both flow rates. The maximum difference of the water solubility was also < 30 %. Therefore the solubility of the substance is given as the mean value of the emasurements at both flow rates.
No undissolved particles were detected in the eluates as determined using the Tyndall effect. No test substance was detected in the samples from the blank column.
