Description of key information

Fish toxicity: After 96 hours of exposure under semi-static-conditions a LC50 of 23.3 mg/L was determined. All results are expressed in terms of nominal concentrations.

Daphnia toxicity: The 48 h-EC50 to Daphnia magna was calculated to be 49.8 mg/L (95% confidence limits (41-63 mg/L)) on the basis of nominal concentrations.

Algae toxicity: After 72 hours of exposure NOECr, LOECr, ErC10 and ErC50 were determined as 0.10 mg/L, 0.32 mg/L, 0.11 mg/L and 1.3 mg/L, respectively. All results are expressed in terms of nominal concentrations.

Bacteria toxicity: The substance in a saturated solution (approx. 382.6 mg/L) had no inhibitory effect on the growth of Pseudomonas putida. The result was determined on the basis of nominal concentration.
