Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Available data on the test substance (12 year data obtained from ECHA inquiry process) showed that at pH 7 and 9 at 50°C less than 10% of the substance hydrolysed within 5 days. At pH 4 under the same conditions 90% of the substance hydrolysed.

The substance was found to be stable at pH 7.0 and 9.0. At pH 4.0 the substance was found to hydrolyse. Under environmentally relevant conditions the substance is therefore assumed to be stable.

Due to the substance being highly insoluble in water, a further OECD 111 study is not considered to be necessary.
