The REACH Regulation does not provide (in this case) any adaptation possibilities but the testing proposal can only be addressed by the results of the chemical safety assessment.
The substance under investigation is inorganic so, it is out of the applicability domain of the largest part of the models and no reliable predictions can be performed.

The duration of the test is 21 days e for daphnids, 21 days is sufficient for maturation and the production of 3 broods.
Typically the 21 day study may report ECx/NOEC values for survival or reproductive endpoints.
